Google Home and PIXIE PLUS App need to be linked together. That is, your Google Home account and your PIXIE PLUS account are linked.
IMPORTANT: PIXIE PLUS can only be linked to a SINGLE Google Home account.
The best way to start troubleshooting is to:
- 1. Unlink PIXIE PLUS from the Google Home App on your mobile device
- 2. Make sure you have not linked PIXIE PLUS to any other Google Home account. If you have, unlink this also.
- 3. You must now make a choice which Google Home account to link to PIXIE PLUS.
If you have 1 or more Google Voice assistants in your home and you would like to control your PIXIE smart home from these voice assistants then these voice assistants must be linked to the Google Home which is also linked to PIXIE PLUS.
The majority of support calls related to Google Home are related to being logged out of Google Home without knowing it OR trying to control a different home from which is linked with your PIXIE PLUS Account.
IMPORTANT: PIXIE can only be linked to a single Google Home account.
