Buy any eligible PIXIE product and claim a second one free — no web form, no waiting on hold. The whole process runs through your PIXIE PLUS App in about two minutes.
How to claim
Unlock Verify Purchase in the app
Open PIXIE PLUS App → top-right menu (3 dots) → Settings → Advanced. Tap the word "advanced" on that screen 10–15 times until Verify Purchase appears as a new menu option.
Fill in your details and attach your invoice
Complete the form and press Next. Use the + button to photograph or select your invoice from your library. Enter product quantities that match the invoice exactly.
Submit and wait for delivery
Press Send Email at the bottom. You'll receive an auto-response confirming receipt. Free redemption products are dispatched directly to you within approximately 2 weeks.

- Invoice required for every claim
