PC206DR/R/BTAM IS THE RECOMMENDED PIXIE DEVICE TO SWITCH CONSTANT VOLTAGE LED DRIVERS AND IRON CORE DRIVERS TYPICALLY USED FOR POWERING GARDEN LIGHTS AND LED STRIP TRANSFORMERS.
If you choose instead to use the PIXIE SWL600BTAM G3 Smart Switch to control Constant Voltage LED driver and /or iron core drivers take note:
Loads with poor electrical performance will apply additional destructive impact to the switch, beyond its rated capabilities, irrespective of power consumption. This can result on both a shortened lifespan and irreversible damage to this device. The SWL600BTAM & STS600BTAM device is not compatible with devices below this minimum specification:
- POWERFACTOR: < 0.7
- INRUSH: no more than 24A

3-Wire-Sensor Control

- Auto Mode - sensor is in control
- Override Mode - Light is on no matter what the sensor does
- Disbaled Mode - lights is off, sensor is off.
Native PIXIE Sensor Available
There is no need to use non-PIXIE sensors as there is both an indoor and outdoor PIXIE Master Device sensor available. This both simplifies installation AND delivers greater functionality than integrating with a 3rd party sensor.
The PIXIE Smart PIR Sensor Outdoor Wall Mount is a traditional 3-wire, IP66 rated motion sensor with PE sensing capabilities, and acts as a PIXIE Master device with full device control, grouping and scene capability as well as 24 hour 7 days scheduling of any of these modes, built in.
The sensor can be setup from the App and / or from the on body dials to set time-out, lux level and sensitivity. When using the App, it’s possible to ‘learn’ the current light level and use that as the trigger point too.
AC Ceiling Fan Control
Provide 3 speed fan control with PIXIE using smart wiring and simple control.
Use the PIXIE Multifunction controllers on the wall as a 3 speed fan controller and off using scene recall.
Utilises the capacitor as provided by the AC fan manufacturer for speed control.
Native PIXIE DC Fan Control
PIXIE has collaborated with Hunter Pacific International and now the complete aneg of 9 -Speed DC fans from Hunter Pacific can be fully controlled as a native PIXIE device.
Using PIXIE to control AC Ceiling Sweep Fans can sometimes mean the need to install a whole lot of extra buttons on the wall for High / Medium / Low / Power (If more than PIXIE App control of these is desired.)
Whilst PIXIE App control can always be used for these functions, when on wall control is needed, instead of adding extra buttons, installing a PIXIE Rotary Controller is more cost effective and super intuitive method to control AC Ceiling sweep fans.
