USE PIXIE PLUS APP TO VERIFY PURCHASE
Inside the PIXIE PLUS App is where you will claim your buy one get one free items.
⇒ From the Home page ( favourties) head to the top right hand corner and press the 3 little dots
⇒ Select Settings
⇒ Then Select Advanced
⇒ On this page tap the word “advanced” atop the page 10-15 times until a new menu item appears “Verify Purchase”
⇒ Now select this option and complete the form and press NEXT
⇒ Now press the + sign to add take a photo / Select a Photo form the library of your INVOICE as proof of Purchase
⇒ Now add the quantity of gateways and /or powerpoints which reconcile with the invoices.
⇒ Once complete, press the Send Email button at the bottom of the page.
⇒ This will send us an email, to which you will receive an auto response when received,.
⇒ Normally Buy one get one free redemption are delivered within 2 weeks of the initial claim
REDEMPTION FAQ
- Only registered PIXIE Partners can participate.
- Redemption claims only valid with invoice and using PIXIE PLUS App claim process
- Valid for all invoices after 1st January 2024 only.
- No limit on the number of free devices if conditions are met.
- SAL National will dispatch free items directly to claimant only
- No returns accepted - QR Codes are unique and are tracked
- Yes! You can still make PIXIE Points Claims on purchased items.
The PIXIE Redemption Program is operated directly by SAL.
SAL will send your free PIXIE Redemption products directly.
This program operates alongside the PIXIE Points program.
That is, you can claim PIXIE Points - AND for qualifying products - claim your free redemption products too.
